Terms of Service

1. Service scope

The Service provides file upload, sharing, viewing, and streaming features for members of Discord servers. The scope of the Service may change or stop without prior notice.

2. User responsibilities

• Upload only lawful content that does not infringe third-party rights.
• Users are responsible for handling personal information, confidential information, and illegal content.
• Users are responsible for managing their Discord accounts and server permissions.

3. Prohibited use

• Use that violates laws or public order.
• Actions that infringe copyrights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
• Excessive access, vulnerability probing, or unauthorized use that interferes with service operation.
• Use that violates the terms of the Service or Discord.

4. Paid plans and billing

• Paid plan features and prices are governed by the Pricing page and the Legal Notice under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
• Paid plans are subscribed to per Discord server and renew automatically each month. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access remains available until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds.
• If payment failure or cancellation causes usage to exceed the applicable storage limit, new uploads will be restricted. Existing files will not be deleted solely because the limit is exceeded.
• We will provide advance notice through the Service or another appropriate method before revised prices take effect.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable for damages caused by loss of uploaded data, unavailable viewing, external service failures, or disputes with third parties.

6. Changes and termination

These terms and the Service may be changed as necessary. Continued use after changes means that you agree to the revised terms.
